How do I get into the facility?
Since we are a 24/7 self-service facility, you will receive a unique access code via email and text message immediately after booking your tee time online. Simply enter this code at the front door to enter.
Do I need to book in advance, or do you accept walk-ins?
All bays must be reserved in advance through our online booking system to ensure you receive your access code. We do not have staff on-site to process walk-in payments.
What kind of simulator technology do you use?
Our bays are equipped with state-of-the-art Trackman iO technology, providing hyper-accurate ball tracking, realistic gameplay, and detailed swing data.
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
We highly recommend bringing your own clubs for the best experience.
Can I bring my own food and non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We just ask that you keep all food and drinks at the seating tables and away from the turf and simulator equipment.
How many people are allowed in a bay at one time?
Our bays comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. But, this is dependent on your membership tier or if you are purchasing hours.
What if I need help or experience a technical issue while I’m there?
Even though we are self-service, we are always here to help! Each bay has a troubleshooting guide, and you can reach our support team 24/7 via the contact number posted in the facility.
