No fixed night required. Each week runs Saturday through Friday. League sessions are played during non-peak hours — weekdays before 5 PM or after 9 PM, and weekends before noon or after 10 PM. Members whose tier includes peak-hour access may also play their league round during peak hours using their included membership time. Just book your bay, log in to Trackman, and your score is recorded automatically.

Yes, with planning. Starter members receive 4 hours per month, which renews on the 1st of every month. Over a 9-week season spanning 3 months, you'll have access to 12 hours total — more than enough to cover all 9 league sessions. We recommend starting your season close to the 1st so your hours always renew at the start of each league month. If your billing cycle ever creates a shortfall, you can top up with a Flex Pack (8 hours / $340).

If you already hold credits from an Intro, Flex, or Power Pack, you can apply those toward your league sessions. In that case, you'd only pay the standalone $120 registration fee rather than the full $480 non-member bundle. Reach out to confirm your credit balance before registering.

Your Trackman Virtual Handicap is calculated automatically from your best 8 score differentials out of your most recent 20 rounds. To be eligible, you must be logged into your Trackman account and play with a gimme distance of 12ft or less with no mulligans. We recommend completing the optional Week 0 calibration round before the season starts to establish your handicap ahead of Week 1.

The Grind League is fully individual — no partner needed. You register solo, compete on your own score every week, and earn points as an individual player. This means you can play your weekly round whenever it fits your schedule without coordinating with anyone else.

A missed week without completing your round will be recorded as a forfeit — your score for that week will be entered as +10 on all holes. Three forfeits result in removal from the league. If you know you'll miss a week, give us a heads-up in advance.

All prizes are paid as Launch Labs facility credit, which can be used toward bay time, memberships, hourly packages, or future league registrations. Credit is issued within 7 days of the season end date.
