Welcome to Launch Labs LLC. By accessing our facility at 565 W Oates Rd #100, Garland, TX, or using our website to book sessions, join the waitlist, or communicate with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. 24/7 Self-Service Access

• Keyless Entry: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your unique access code with any third party.
• Surveillance: For security and equipment protection, the facility is under 24/7 video surveillance. By entering, you consent to being recorded.
• No Staff On-Site: You acknowledge that Launch Labs is a self-service facility and may not have staff present during your session.

2. Facility Rules & Conduct

• No BYOB: Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Equipment Care: Only use provided or approved clean, unmarked golf balls. Damaged screens resulting from marked balls will be the user’s responsibility.
• Cleanliness: Please dispose of all trash before your session ends. Leave the bay as you found it.

3. Equipment Liability & Damage

You are financially responsible for any damage caused to simulators, hitting mats, or facility property resulting from negligence. Please report any pre-existing damage via our support channels immediately upon entry.

4. Release of Liability

Golf involves physical exertion and high-velocity equipment. By using the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury. You release Launch Labs LLC from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage occurring on the premises.

5. Membership & Billing

Memberships are billed monthly. Hourly bookings must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. Launch Labs reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these terms, including tailgating or unauthorized guests.

6. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Launch Labs LLC. These messages may include waitlist updates, booking confirmations, booking reminders, access instructions, booking changes, cancellations, membership-related notifications, special offers, memberships, events, promotions, and business updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the support information below.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to SMS messages from Launch Labs LLC.
